Healing your Heart

Capture what I'm writing here and now and for this very instance, your life will change forever on a direction that will serve your Higher Self. Knowing Who and What you really Are is the path to Self Realization, and the path to Self Realization is the path to Healing the self. Take a deep breath and relax wherever you are. Imagine your entire body is a field of energy, particles colliding together at different vibration and frequencies. Above the physical aspect of you is the emotional, mental, and even higher, YOU SPIRITUAL Body. Imagine you are Walking on Sand, bare Foot, next to the Ocean. Hearing the beautiful waves, gently relaxing you even deeper as your focus goes on your Breath. Feeling the warmth of the sun caressing your skin as the wind cools you a bit. As you take few more steps you realize you have elevated off the sand, you are floating above physical reality and flowing through Reality. Feeling lighter, you'll notice there are flames of different colors entering your physical body, through the Sand, from the bottom of your feet. A beautiful Green color travels inside your muscles and bones, penetrating deeper in the atoms of each cell. Notice it's vibration as it enters your HEART center, fully engulfing you with intense feeling of LOVE that you've never felt before. You feel more uplifted, Floating higher above the gravitational force of mother earth, caressed by sunshine, and getting cooled down by the gentle wind that is tickling your ears and blowing on your hair. Fearless, effortless, and residing in the Space of Oneness, You TRUST your INTUITION and INSTINCT in this very moment, as your HEART is open with LOVE, the Green Flame vibration through each chamber, overflowing the electromagnetic charges of your pulse with Compassion and Peace. You DECIDE in this very moment to LET GO of any PAIN that's been hiding there from this lifetime or previous ones, things you may know or don't even know. Circumstances your were conscious about or you were not conscious about. The cause and the origin of this is irrelevant, what's relevant is your WILLINGNESS in this MOMENT to Feel your connection with GOD, and as you Sanctify the AWESOMENESS of your BEING, you'll BECOME FREE and BECOME AWARE OF WHO AND WHAT YOUR REALLY ARE!!! Take a deep breath, watch as the pain leaves your body, carried to the ocean by the wind, getting picked up by the waves. Before it does, it gets dis-integrated back to NOTHINGNESS from which it had originated from with the heat of SUN. Read this again, and get into it. It' will FREE your HEART.....Namaste.
