What is your 'complaint' of your choice? If you notice, when you get tangled in old emotional junk, past experiences that have hurt you at some point, and issues that have not been healed, they tend to show up here and there and snatch your attention from the Truth of your Eternal Being. Yes, you get hijacked by your EGO's identification with "I AM NOT GOOD ENOUGH", "I AM NOT WORTHY", "I WISH MY LIFE WAS DIFFERENT" in the past, and start having a panic attack on what to do in the future. Both of them a mental trap and prison of your Authentic BEING. Once you start identifying your 'complaint' of choice, recognize that there is a big LIE in there. Having too much expectation from yourself can lead to feeling of failure and disappointment if you don't measure up to those expectations. It's great to have high standards and solid values that are aligned with spiritual principals. However, be careful not to fall for your EGO's constant judgement and comparison to values that others set out for you, or what the society requires of you to be happy. The only person you need to compete with is your previous SELF. As you grow and unfold spiritually, you'll realize that by doing your best and being in the PRESENT moment in everything you do, you'll get infinite opportunities to release your gifts, talents , and your Soul's highest potentials such as LOVE, PEACE, BEAUTY, and JOY as an expression of your unique character. These are inherently embedded in your DNA and don't need a LAW or MEDICAL degree with an expensive house in Beverly Hills or a Bentley to bring forth in order to manifest a masterpiece. Do the things you love without any attachment to the outcome, without striving to get somewhere or obtain something. When you completely accept what's being offered to you by the universal presence in the moment, you free yourself from acquiring the 'need to have more' or 'be someone you are not' or 'needing something to be happy'. Staying authentic and true to your word is the only way to invite Peace and Harmony in your life. Some people lie for living, or think it's just 'business'. They lie to make the deal, to cut through competition, to beat their adversary, and make profit. Until we are abiding by these norms and engaging in this mental attitude, we will not be able to create a world where the future generations can live in peace. Check mark your thoughts of identifying with external institutions holding a grip on you. Look how many times during the day you value your worth according to how much money you are making or what's in your bank account. Had an amazing experience last night with a lady who came to my group meditation. She had physical issues that had been a result of sudden stresses in her personal life. Very heavy challenges for the past month, quite life altering. I felt her pain and as we were conversing before meditation, I went into total mode of compassion. Viewing her as whole, perfect, and complete without getting caught up with her story. I had her wrapped around healing energy of unconditional LOVE, passing energetically through her aura and experiencing her psychosomatic pain as she was describing it. My focus through out the guided meditation was on her, allowing the spirit to do it's work through and as me. We all experienced immense energy shift together, transforming our current paradigm by surrendering to what exist beyond our present perception; PURE CONSCIOUSNESS itself. As we journeyed through our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies and tapped into Reiki, I felt the shift happening in her. At the end of our group session, she told me that she felt HERSELF back again, after a very long time of taking Meds and seeing minor results, and that all of her muscle spasm, knee pain, and anxiety was gone! For this, I am grateful and thankful because other people's life changes as YOU say YES to your PURPOSE, your CALLING and follow the path of your HEART with the divine guidance of your SOUL-----Dr. Rod.

You can circulate LOVE and Healing energy by noticing the presence of God in everything you encounter. "Serve the needs of others and all your own needs will be fulfilled".. these words have so much merit. They truly resonate with my fundamentals. I do feel the happiest when I'm helping someone and have created a context for transformation. The contend of my conversation flows naturally through the state of my BEING. Authentic communication and connection is created through bypassing your own EGO, realizing it's energy working 24/7 in you, yet by observing it you'll surpass it's different disguises. I'm going through some deep changes myself and as different layers of Reality reveals itself to me, I become more convinced on how important it is to constantly BE conscious about your AWARENESS. The anxiety and FEAR of a future event that has not even happened yet can totally put you in a low energy state and paralyze you. This specially applies to medical conditions. Please, keep your Faith strong and don't allow the 'condition' you are being checked for or examined to take over your psyche. Your positive attitude, spiritual work, state of mind, and focus on how to get involve in your own healing process is THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR in your prognosis. Don't give into a 'Bad news' or something that others tell you and hasn't even happened yet. Miracles and Healing happen all the time.
