Real transformation

There is always a pain inside our hearts no matter what we do to keep it out of our body. This is an emotional pain. The intensity of it doesn't matter because for some is very mild, for some it's very strong. I have days that I feel the pain of the world in my heart and transmute this energy somehow into an act of kindness towards others. You know exactly what I'm talking about. Sometimes, this pain shows up as Fear, sometimes as Guilt, sometimes as Anxiety, and sometimes as Sadness. If you don't acknowledge it, it turns into madness because it has an Egoic root to it from the madness of the world. As you Read this, follow the energy coming through me right now and for the next few seconds stay present to your thoughts. I'm writing a longer post to fine tune your attention on the intention behind the words coming through me. This intention is healing the pain that has manifested in your physical, emotional, or collective body. Take a deep breath: Follow the path of your breath all the way down to your lower back, in between your vertebral column, through your spine. Hold it for a few seconds. Exhale out. Do this again. Slowly become present to the breath. As you do this imagine a beautiful caterpillar nesting in your heart. With each breath, the oxygen you are sending your heart is feeding the trillion of cells in your body and sending waves of loving, healing energy through out the molecules of your blood stream. It is feeding the caterpillar, who is in a dormant stage, holding on to lower energies before becoming FREE. Breath in, witness the dissolution and mutation of the caterpillar into a most beautiful butterfly you've ever seen. Feel your heart beat, feel the next breath you are taking transmuting the pain into healing, depression into joy, anxiety into peace, and scarcity into abundance. The Source behind the creation of all eternity is invisible yet it is indivisible from YOU. You are the Source of your own Healing. Now, notice the butterfly opening up it's wings and with your next breath traveling throughout your entire body, getting deep down at sub-molecular, DNA level, clearing out any old, stagnant residues of fear, guilt, shame, and blame with it. It's sweeping out your inner household and assisting you into a field of Trans-formation. Notice it multiplying, and with the next breath out, all of them leaving your energy field. As they surround you in a beautiful circular motion, they change colors from red to orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, and a Golden White spheres of high frequency vibration. At this time, if you've read this far, you are being activated into healing energy of Reiki with an intention for healing, harmonizing prosperity, divine guidance, wisdom, abundance, and purpose for your life. Who I’m not

Stop whatever you are doing for few seconds and as you read this, take a deep breath, forget about anything that's going on in your mind, any thoughts, any worries, anything that's been happening in you life right up to this moment. I'm in this very neutral space, just came out from meditation, and allowing the spirit to use me express itself through the portal of my being. So, tune into this energy. I don't know what's going to express. I do know that I don't know and what I don't know mesmerizes me. It's in my space of unknown that the known manifests itself. You normally tend to avoid your dark side. What is Not is usually never explored because you learn to go after what Is. My invitation for you is to tap into what is NOT. Ask yourSelf, who Am I NOT? Have you wondered about Who you are NOT instead of asking Who Am I ? The usefulness of what IS depends on what IS NOT. I am not my thoughts, I am not my emotions, I am not my physical body, I am not the words that are being expressed through me. I am not my name, my religion, my sexual orientation, my status, my relationship, and my attitude. I am not who you think I am and I am not who I think I am either. I am not what the society has labeled me and I am not my knowledge, wisdom, intuition, or whatever material things I've accumulated over the years. I am not my title or education and neither Am I my personality traits. The way life is set up in Reality is to undo what You know and fall underneath what Is to reach What Is NOT. When you finally reach the empty spaces between your thoughts, when you reach the darkness in between the photons of light that carries the light energy in it's space, you'll realize that the void of what is NOT is actually the origin of who you are. For light to have meaning, darkness need to be present. For you to connect to your purpose, you first have undo who you are into who you are NOT and start from there. You'll notice that the beginning is the end, the end a beginning. You'll realize your infinite nature. An eternal being of darkness, void, emptiness, and nothingness is Who you are NOT and who you see yourSelf as you BECOME......Take a deep breath, repeat the sound of OHHHM,,,,have a great week. Emotional flow

Returning to origin

Everything originates from the Non-being, the void, the No-thing, including you in this universe and what we call Life. The origin of being is non-being and the path you are taking is a return movement back to your beginning. This beginning is the spirit of Love you came from and appeared from Nothing into the journey or path you are in right NOW. Each time you YIELD to this mystery and realize that as a WHOLE being you are part of it, you begin to BECOME more of your authentic Self. Love yourself

When was the last time that your deeply fell in love with yourself? This is not a selfish statement or in any ways leading you to a sense of separation from others. Rather, it's directing your energy to what is the most important aspect of yourself, Your recognition of how truly incredible and unique you are. A renewal of an eternal contract between Your Soul and your physical body to align and have a romantic moment in a quiet space of meditation. Power of faith

Perhaps the most powerful energy that can move the human spirit is the power of faith! Why do I say that? Because you can reach the end of your rope in every chapter of your life. Human experience is full of ups and downs. It's full of unexpected surprises that tests your very core. It can push your limits to the ultimate where you have nothing but your faith in yourself to rely on. It's in those very dark moments that your true character comes forth and you know what you are made of. Do you give up or do you push forward and rely on the deepest part of your soul to move on? I know you've been there and I know you have been tested. I know if you are reading this, you can relate to me because we share the same sentiments and same qualities as we breath the same air and have the same blood streaming through our veins. We have the same desires to be happy and in peace. We want to be loved and love another being in order to bring forth the highest quality of our beingness in fruition that is in alignment with the spirit of God. There is the pulse of the universe pulsating through our breath and you and I both know that there is only our desire that wants to transcend the negative human experience and transmute it into the light of the only ONE. Yes! We can do it and it's done through the power of our faith: "The substance of that which we are hoping for and the vibratory evidence of what can not be seen". What we are hoping for is a better future and what can not be seen is the field of pure potentiality that we can call upon with the power of our intention. Our desires to make it through and transform the formation of our life can be the salvation of our darkest moments and create new possibilities for our existence. Our tomorrow is shaped by the decision we make in this very moment, and in this moment I am aligned with the spirit of love, knowing that by having you in my prayers and field of high vibrational love energy, we can set forth a new beginning; one that brings more smiles on our faces and one that is purely derived from the power of our faith. Love and Fear

When was the last time you really scanned your emotional energy field and felt yourself deep in your heart? Distraction is not a cure for intense feelings we feel. Human emotions are what separates us from the rest of the sentient beings here and the most powerful of these emotions is the duality between love and fear. Take a deep breath and feel the time you experienced love in your mind. See how it looks to you. How it is presenting to you. Where are you feeling it. As you scan your body, notice yourself relaxing into this beautiful light that is penetrating the spaces between your cells. Sometimes, love is associated with it's opposite feeling, which is fear or disappointment. If you are noticing the residues of these two low energies in your emotional field, pay attention to these words that are flowing through me. Notice a beautiful green color energy entering your physical body with this next breath you are taking. Unconditional love energy is very powerful and right now it is showing up as my words dancing with the oxygen you just inhaled, going in your lungs, then heart, carried through your blood stream and feeding your cells. Remember the light that was penetrating the spaces between your cells? This is our Light Body that is universal and connected through this field of consciousness that is enabling you processing what I'm writing and enabling me showering you with unconditional love. It doesn't belong to me just as love doesn't belong to us. We are the vessel to be the carrier of this spiritual quality, embrace it, and protect it. Once you are receptive enough to be the protector of this quality and recognizing it in yourSelf as the main source of it, you can then share it and give it to everyone else in the world. Back against the wall

When your back is against the wall and you feel like your entire world is crumbling right in front of your eyes, hang on. This is the time to strengthen your faith in the power that created you and took care of you before you were even born from eternity. To get deep down in touch with your Soul, self reflect, Meditate, and release yourself to the unknown. Surrendering to the higher order of Universe doesn't mean to "Give Up". It means to give up unnecessary control of the Egoic mind and ALLOWING the energy of LIFE to FLOW in every area of your life. It means to discern between thoughts that are valid and distinguishing between invalid, fear based thoughts that are coming from lack of self love, unworthiness, pain, suffering, and scarcity consciousness. Once you reach this distinction, there is a space of letting Go into the Infinite Intelligence of that which is eternal, Real, and is operating in, through, and as YOU- we call this " LIFE ". A Kiss by God

I like to share this as it made me totally experience bliss yesterday. Many of your follow my live blog when I'm on top of the mountain. It is such an amazing thrill for me when I do these talks because I'm totally in the moment and not thinking. I'm being spoken through by the spirit and have my insights flow effortlessly. When you are expressing your potential , you are in bliss. When you are sharing your talent, you increase that powerful energy circulating back at yourself. When you are not attached to the outcome and live by set intentions, you get to observe life's manifestations and miracles happening in the moment. You get to chose your destiny and be the cause of your own experience. It's a wonderful feeling. So, when I finished the live video and was hiking back , about 45 min down the trail I was kissed by a beautiful butterfly 🦋. It was a relatively large creature and absolutely gorgeous. I was walking pretty fast and reciting affirmations, listening to very inspiring talk by my spiritual teacher. All of the sudden, I had this beautiful thing sitting on my jacket. It wasn't a hit and run kind of thing as you'd expect when you are walking fast. It was a 3-4 second deep romantic kiss, hug, and eye to eye contact. I literally felt I was kissed by God and it was her affirming to me that I am on the right path. It was a moment of recognition, a moment that I knew nature was talking to me as it does all the time. I had a gush of bliss moving all over my spinal cord and the biggest smile on my face. I looked up to the sky and the only thing I could commune with God was to say: "Thank You. I am grateful for being in your arms and know deep in my heart that you are with me all the time. I love you. 💚"

I see you

I’ve been wanting to write for a while but it seems that I can not find the right time. I’ve been very pre-occupied with my fathers situation. He is going through medical issues and complicated health crisis. It’s very challenging to see your loved one depreciating by the hour. It takes tremendous emotional toll on everyone specially himself. I’ve been trying to be more on the observer side, keeping myself together to be there for my dad and family. Specially my two sisters who look to get the inside medical news from me. At the same time, I’ve been growing through my own emotional ups and downs , dealing with my clients problems and my own personal , dormant, negative forces that sometimes awaken. Once they do, they become a sunami of overflowing motions that pass through my broken heart at times. I hide myself in my little cave and allow my inner volcanic energies pass through. What has helped me is my perception about life. I am in tune with the natural orders of being and non-being. One does not exist without the other. The being stems from non-being and I acknowledge it all the time. The way I’m seeing myself showing up in such difficult situations and coming out of them alive show me that I’m on the right path. I try to practice seeing what I hear happening around me and hearing what I get to see. This perceptual work is arduous to keep up but it gives me peace when I strengthen my faith in it. I rely on the power of love the whole time I’m breathing. This practice navigates me through the dark moments by giving me an inner compass to move through my obstacles. I appreciate the little , unnoticeable things around me more often. I can be gazing at a little ant on the floor or just get captivated by a beautiful bird flying as I am driving. I hear my own heart beat when I listen closely and become my blood, streaming through my veins. I have the capacity to feel the energies around me. With my intention, I can raise the vibration within my vicinity, then expanding that healing frequency, globally. This happens when I feel the pain of someone that crosses my path. As I see myself in them, I see that my healing capacity can heal the entire planet because I only see one of us. I know for a fact that when I change the way I’m looking at things, the thing I look at literally changes. Therefore, I see you through the prism of love and inner peace. I see the world you are in as a perfect condition for guiding you on your sacred journey within. I see you abundant and successful. I see the best in you because you are divinity looking back at its own creation, laughing at itself for what it has created. I see you my friend. 💚

Light being

I just felt like sharing this right now. Waiting for my coffee to get ready, meditate, and go hiking. I woke up to a beautiful personal note from a lady who's been reading my posts for past two years. Apparently, it has helped her go through immense personal challenges. It makes me so happy and humble to know that my inner work is making a positive change in people I don't even know. What I know is that we are all connected and we have the same basic needs. We need to be loved, care for, and express ourselves. We need to be recognized as decent human beings and be treated equally. We need our souls to be fed with high energy and let our creative genius shine it's light without inhibition. We need to be able to say "I love you" because without love we can not unfold in our spiritual journey. As I work with different souls on a daily basis, I go deep within their emotional pain, human experiences, and the way they are living life according to their paradigm. It's an honor to tune into their frequency and see life from their perspective. I learn more than I teach, I listen more than I talk, and I allow the universe guide us on our higher path of healing. My life is filled with blessings and the biggest blessing of all is being able to serve another human being being through love. I am grateful beyond words can say.

Challenges

As you move and swim through life, you come across challenges and situations that test your resilience. Most of the time, you think you can force your way through them or bypass, by taking a short cut. That's your EGO at work. It takes commitment to your spiritual practices and lots of Forgiveness in order to stay in FLOW. What I've experienced is that everything happens for the best reason and there is a divine timing for it ALL. The most important part of existence is BEING in alignment with your purpose and staying authentic with it. As you deviate from your path, BEING willing and having an activated INTENTION toward your VISION in life will guide you through life's challenges.
