On Purpose

There is a higher VISION for your life. One that is embedded in your soul's character. Your higher purpose of existence is already here. Anytime you are inspired to do something from a space of LOVE, you are welcoming that vision to manifest. Anytime you are in FLOW with life and present to yourself, you are welcoming your purpose. I AM , LIFE IS

I am writing this to remind myself not to ever give up on my persistence to BE my grand vision in life. The path to enlightenment and progress in your soul's evolution sometimes disguises itself with very difficult challenges. A reminder to continue meditating, clearing up old energies of guilt, pain, and not good enoughness is always a priority for me. There are times that fear of the future takes over. These are the thought forms that sneak into my awareness during my dis-empowering states of BEING, when I'm out of integrity with my soul. BUT YOU KNOW WHAT? I always get back up and RISE TO THE OCCASION. Having touched the spirit within and the loving light in my heart, I stand tall! Giving up is never an option! Inner Calling

You wanna grow spiritually? Whatever identity you are holding on to , let it go. Doesn't matter, your education, title, job, Dr. this, Mr. that, Khaoomeh Folan, and everything that comes with it. Let go of your attachments to anything that strengthens your EGO. So many of our internal dramas are because of WHO other people expect us to be. Yet, when there is that burning DESIRE to be OURSELVES, we shut it down. Choke it to death. It's time to WAKE up to your inner calling, your authentic Real Self! What gets you INSPIRED? You know it. You've listened to the inner voice that whispers in your dreams. It wont let you go. It wont quiet down. Activated Potential

Good morning life; wake up to the understanding that your happiness and joy is an internal state of BEING not related to the outside circumstances. Why Me?

As human being we tend to carry a lot of guilt from the past. Having so much expectations from ourselves first and from others as well. When your mind starts asking "WHY ME?" kind of questions, that's an indication that you've been inoculated with FEAR. Be on a look out for this energy sneaking up on you. Some of us spend an entire lifetime figuring out who to blame for our problems. This is such a waste of energy and dis-empowering. I catch myself often getting trapped in my own mental prison. 'SO WHAT? NOW WHAT?" is the question I ask myself. "HOW CAN I TURN THIS AROUND?" is a much better replacement for "WHY ME?". The way to clear these energies are through real FORGIVENESS and that starts by forgiving yourself. It's actually harder to forgive oneself than another BEING. It takes real COURAGE!! I know you have it, otherwise you wouldn't be reading this thus far. So, are you going to start investing ALL of your time and resources on yourself to break FREE from your mental trap? I just read a friend's post on how she cradled her friend of 40 years, after battling with cancer for 3 years, and assisted her in transition to life after life. If you have a special person who passed away or is in transition now, hold them in space of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE right now. Wrap them around ENERGY of FORGIVENESS on your behalf and theirs. I notice every time I am out of INTEGRITY with my soul, I fall pray to my EGO driven thoughts and ambitions. Never Alone

Being ALONE is way different than feeling 'LONELY'. When you are comfortable in your own skin without any attachments to what others may think of you, you'll start to realize that you are actually never ALONE. There is an innate energy of love always vibrating through the fibers of your body. You'll see yourself beyond the physical body and that in itself becomes your own perfect companion. You always have your next breath to count on, always there for you without expectations. GOD

Whatever your definition of God is, you can always rely on the underlying positive energy that comes with it. To me, it's ONENESS, LOVE, and INFINITE JOY that comes with it. It's the presence that I connect with, it's the space between my thoughts, it's what beats my heart and breaths the air through my lungs. It's eternity, always no-where, and NOW-here. It's within my cells, pulsating in my DNA. It's beyond conception, the NOTHINGNESS of EVERYTHING that exists. It's within a smile, it gushes through my blood, in the veins of my neck. It's closer than my hands and feet, it's beyond my perception. It's the word of creation, and beyond creation. Whatever you like to call it, it's there right where you are. Count on it. Bring it in the activity of your awareness. Meditate on it. Feel it. Release yourself into it. Be it, because it's your own TRUE essence.. What are your thoughts about it?

An Empty Hole

Spiritual path is really not an easy way out! I feel more sensitized to my surroundings. I'm extremely aware of what's going on and feel the extreme pains, insensitivity, ignorance, and mis-justice of others collectively. I'm in tune to both opposites, the dichotomies. It becomes challenging when I'm not connected to my higher self. That's where the pain takes over rather than me rising above it. It shows up in my body, in my shoulders, in my heart. I feel a hole torn from the spaces of my heart when I think of the little kids I met yesterday at the orphanage. I have infinite inner work to do on myself. Each time I touch the deepest emotional level in my BEING, I feel I have more to offer, more to learn, and more to give. What keeps me together is FAITH embedded as TRUTH and LOVE in my DNA already. It makes me WAKE up early, sit to meditate, express myself, let go of the collective pain I've picked up, become STRONGER as the hour goes by. There is no coming back in this journey. All I see is heavens through the opening. All I feel is ONENESS overlying the separations that tears my heart apart. I embrace my deep rooted wounds. I recognize them. I FORGIVE the. I AM FREE AT LAST!

Gossip or Praise?

The second you start talking about somebody behind their back you have completely dis-empowered yourself and fall out of INTEGRITY with life. Observe the underlying pleasure you are taking, either deliberately or subconsciously. It's the work of your EGO feeding itself on lower energies of lack, limitation, jealousy, fear, competition, unworthiness, and frustration. This will result in lowering your immune system. It will also match you with the vibration of those mentioned qualities and create more of them in your life's circumstances. Why would you want to create this for yourself? STOP the GOSSIPS. You can praise and communicate with someone directly. Share your feelings or you can simply bless them goodbye out of your life. Bring in the energies of LOVE, appreciation, kindness, compassion, joy, healing, and peace. When you match yourself to these vibrations and stand your ground in AWARENESS, YOU"LL CREATE more empowering reality in your life's circumstances. THE CHOICE IS YOURS BABY!!!!! The Voice

Are you observing the underlying worry in your thoughts as you're going about your daily activity? There is a voice that seems to linger around your mind no matter how much you ignore it. Don't try to push it away because it's impossible to get rid of it. Simply observe it. The second you re-cognize that thought, you have dominion over it. The 'YOU' that just OBSERVED the thought is awareness! You have an ability to be Aware of your Awareness because that's who you ARE. YOUR SOUL KNOWS THIS! Take a deep breath and direct that breath behind the voice. Visualize a field of LOVE energy in Green color, penetrating your anxious thought with compassion, then breath out saying: "I am peaceful & serene. The universe supports me"....As you do this, extend your deepest gratitude for every thought form you are able to discern, observe, process, release, and celebrate! Have a ChiLLAXING weekend

Uplifting your SOUL

It's early, it's chilly in my room, I've got my coffee next to me. Just did a good 20 min of Yoga with my vision statement playing on my iphone. It goes for a good 5 min as I've voice recorded it. So, I listened to it 4 times in a row in a meditative state. Now, I'm here, meditation music running and have this incredible , inspiring energy going through every cell of my body, transmitted through my heart, out of my fingers, to the key board, on the screen. This is INTENTIONAL! These words are coming from space of LOVE. There is a HEALING behind it that is meant to uplift your spirit as it's uplifting mine. INSPIRATION, means to be dancing with the SPIRIT of GOD. IN- with..SPIRE- SPIRIT. This will INSPIRE YOU TO BE MORE OF YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF!! So is there an ENERGY of ABUNDANCE, PROSPERITY, AND WEALTH at every level of our existence. There is PEACE and HARMONY. I'm also intending to change thousands of lives as a result of our LACCG visit this Sunday. When you get to change an ORPHAN's child life even for a SECOND, that energy will ripple in her/his future life, touching millions of people she or he will effect. I already see the world in PEACE. A world with COMPASSION. A world harmonized in DIVINE PROSPERITY. IT IS DONE, and So IT IS....Amen....Have a spectacular FRIDAY full of JOY & HEALTH my Friends..

Creative Vision

What is the creative vision of my Soul? I ask this question often. This aligns me with my 'WHY' in life. My purpose, calling, that inner desire. What wakes me up early in the morning and makes me wanna give my last ounce of energy towards the end of night. An intention to LOVE, to Heal , to Inspire, & be Abundantly Wealthy for myself and OTHERS in order to raise the Collective Cosmic Consciousness. What is it FOR YOU? Please, if you are game to play this, call up a friend, family, or someone you haven't really talked to for a while. Tell them one positive attribute about themselves. Such as, how kind they are , loving, or giving they are. Complement them on their inner and outer beauty. Now, please ask them to do the same thing to another human being they are connected with and play this game forward!!! Are you IN?

Self Realization

The second you've decided to read this post your entire attention and intention has been focused on your self realization. Right here, right now, I'm contemplating the entire existence, the infinity of our true essence. No beginning, no end. We are traveling in the continuous space of NOW moment. You are experiencing what's called a 'Satori', an instance awakening and realization of your own awareness. The TRUTH of your soul. Take a deep breath, acknowledge your divinity. You've always been and always will be. Let go of the underlying fear that dominates your thoughts. I experienced that before I started writing. I had to center myself before I made this connection with you. I closed my eyes, tapped into my heart, touched the overflow and abundance of LOVE that is readily available there. I invite you to do this practice many times during the day where you STOP, take a deep breath, hold your right hand on your heart, tap into the deepest space of LOVE within your heart. As you exhale your breath, you remind yourself of your divinity, of your uniqueness, authenticity, your special gifts, talents, and energy that is ready to be shared with others. Don't allow your MIND to hijack you into the abyss of negativity. It will want to sell you that you are not 'good enough', you are not 'worthy'. It'll play on guilt, shame, lack, and scarcity energies. YOU NOW KNOW THAT IT'S BS!!! Holding you and the entire planet in a prayer of peace, harmony, healing, and revealing of our true selves.
