Healing is Happening

Since yesterday that I mentioned INTENDING to deepen my meditation and inner work for the year to come, I've been experiencing incredible energy shifts within me. More intense than I've ever felt. I've opened myself up to my past experiences, specially relationship heartbreaks, old identities, and social roles. Through their recognition and deep forgiveness work so far, I've had unbelievable amount of energy release at the deepest level in my emotion, and at soul level. I've looked into my guided meditation files and discovered couple of meditations that I used many years ago to assist me in this process. They are well serving me now and I'm so grateful to these guides, masters. There is a lot of pain that's unraveling, yet I'm very determined and got the courage to JUST LET IT BE. Intention in MOTION

For the next few days until new years, I'm intending to deepen my meditation practices, visioning, and prayer work. I am welcoming the new year as I know how wonderful 2014 ALREADY IS. What I'll do in my posts is to focus on spiritual qualities, cultivating and activating them in order to express and manifest each in physical reality. Each time I write here, I am allowing space for those who are consciously connected and those who don't know that they are not. It makes no difference, as I'm holding the collective consciousness in this flow of energy. The Feeling tone of LOVE is my priority which will stem into ABUNDANCE, JOY, HEALING, CREATIVITY, PROSPERITY, HEALTH, INSPIRATION, ENTHUSIASM, FORGIVENESS, GRATITUDE, COMPASSION, KINDNESS, and PEACE. Hug a TREE

Have you ever hugged a tree? If you have not, I really recommend that you do and keep this following visualization in mind. At the end of my hike, there is this beautiful old tree. Each time I pass by it, I have a rock that I've picked up on my way up the trail and meditated on for a long period in my hand. I hug my tree and visualize it getting aligned with my spinal cord becoming part of my nervous system. As I breath , I feel the tree's breath. I visualize becoming one with it's roots, going all the way down to the core of MOTHER EARTH, thus connecting me to the root of this physical dimension. Then , I look above me, through all the branches and leaves, I see the rays of sun light showering each leaf. I connect to the top branch reaching out towards the light, signifying my yearning for SPIRITUAL growth with ONENESS to the universe. I become one with the TREE, all the way with it's root, it's strength, it's fibers, it's beauty, it's stillness, it's calmness, it's peace, and it's BEING. It's such a POWERFUL experience. Soulful Alignment

There is a powerful energy being transmuted in this very second as I'm writing this. It's intended to share what I've felt after an hour of guided meditation. If you are reading this, please take a deep breath and read through this passage completely with a smile on your face. Right here, right now, I'm aligned with the three most amazing spiritual vibrations: LOVE, PEACE, and KINDNESS. This alignment is Real and rooted deep in my consciousness. Pure Awareness and Light is overflowing through each breath. Dichotomy

In the physical world of thoughts and emotions there is always a dichotomy of opposites that pulls you in different directions. Good/Bad, Sad/Happy, Poor/Rich, Love/Hate....You know what I'm talking about? During Holiday times, you are more prone to be exposed to fake happiness, or "Trying" to be joyous when you are not. You may have to "ACT" it out while your heart is experiencing pain. The cultural pressures make you inhibit your authentic truth and triggers more of the pain surfacing up. If that's the case, honor yourself. This is a perfect opportunity to go beyond the duality of your existence, take a step beyond the dichotomy, and authenticate into the Truth of your being- A beautiful Soul, free of emotional and mental suffering. Free in the light and love connected into the ONENESS of universe, just allowing yourself BEING an observant of your worldly experiences through your 'conscious awareness'. These are the most important times to strengthen your spiritual muscle and explore the miracle you truly are.

What would you do?

If you had to forgive and heal one negative quality, what would it be? How would your life transition once you let go of that quality? Take a deep breath, imagine a beam of light coming down from the crown of your head finding its way into your heart. Picking up the low vibration of this quality, this beam of light brightens the shadows that's been hidden deep inside you and transmutes this energy into love, self acceptance, and peace. These three sacred aspects of yourself get blocked from time to time by your daily life challenges. How would your life change if you activated these three qualities on a moment by moment decision without looking at the world giving them to YOU? Without searching for them outside? Today is going to be different than any other days you've ever experienced thus far in your life. Breath in the NOW

I love concentrating my energy and focus it on a message of inspiration on days which we find ourselves in the middle, like today, Wednesday. There is something about it. You give the eternal a reference point and your focus becomes more of what you did in the past couple of days, or the anxiety of what is coming in the few days. My INTENTION is to grasp your attention and bring it into this exact moment where you are reading my post. Take a deep breath and follow the path of your breath to the bottom of your spinal cord. You'll have to re-read this passage couple more times to allow the Reiki energy I'm sending you get absorbed through your bone marrow and replicate in the core space of your DNA, becoming part of your cells. As the healing energy travels inside your blood stream, it will nourish your muscles, bones, veins, nerves, and every tissue without any issue. When you breath out, see a beautiful field of golden energy surrounding your entire body, lifting your emotional body, mental body, and spiritual body from lower energies of lack and limitation, into LOVING energy of trust and enthusiasm. As you are floating with each breath above and beyond the thought that's saying "why is he keep writing, & how come I'm hooked to his writing", you bypass the voice of your EGO and get connected to my HEART, which is radiating pure unconditional LOVE. Take another deep breath and repeat this AFFIRMATION couple of times: "I AM GRATEFUL & I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT". Know that you are guided and realize your uniqueness as a spiritual being having a temporary human incarnation is to be a distribution point of greatness in order to reflect your divinity, kindness, joy, abundance, loving, caring, sharing, compassion, and peace in your life, as your life, as your BEING. Today, Is the Time.

The deepest level of self mastery is coming to a point in life where you get to test your PATIENCE and COMPASSION at levels you thought was never possible. Have you noticed how your mind tricks you into self sabotage when IT THINKS you have nothing going for you? Have you noticed when you are caught in the difficulties of your life, you start blaming yourself, blaming others, blaming God and the world? I can certainly relate to this. Lets challenge each other to step out of the blame and take responsibility for our thoughts and feelings. Mastering these two human attributes creates a sense of inner peace that radiates out to the world instead of pain, guilt, and shame.

Having Integrity

Please have integrity and value for yourself , the words that comes out of your mouth, and what you say about other people. Manipulation, lies, and deceive is a poison that will choke you one way or another. Either in this lifetime or in your next incarnation, it carries karmic debt that you will have to pay. Radiating pure LIGHT

Good morning life; I just came out of deep meditation and still in a very deep peaceful zone. Listening to my own meditation music which I love. It takes me to a whole different level of inner awareness and bliss. I am focused on healing energy of Reiki and spiritual ONENESS. I'll try to capture it for you in writing: As I sit and get connected to the source, I go beyond any mind's EGO and tap into infinite space of ONENESS. I feel, see, and touch Reality beyond awareness. Falling behind and beyond the I AM consciousness. There is so much LOVE & PEACE in this space. Here, I INTENTIONALLY activate all the healing energy of the PRESENCE within the universe gushing through every cell of my being, physical, emotional, mental, and at the highest spiritual level which is LIGHT. As I activate each of my CHAKRAS, releasing them into harmonizing power of this healing energy one by one. Literally seeing their color getting tuned. At this stage, I sent an INTENTION to bring my family, friends, and everyone here into consciousness, into this healing space. Working from my close circle, I radiate this energy out through all the social media channels, my website, city I live in, state, country, continent, and our MOTHER EARTH. Spreading this light to every sentient beings, animals, plants, minerals finally into the space, going beyond our planet into our galaxy, ending up into INFINITY. Last Breath

What if today was the last day of your incarnation in this life time? How would you like to BE in these very precious moments? How much of the nonsense that we worry about would loose it's negative energy and become transformed suddenly into appreciation of what JUST IS? Transforming into LOVE! Inner Temple

The most beautiful space is detachment from the ordinary self and rising above your awareness, becoming the observer of your BEING. I just meditated now and experienced spaciousness within the temple of my heart. When you enter your temple and clean it with LIGHT, you discover that all along you've had treasures beyond the materialistic world. You'll find the most unique and precious gifts that are authentically yours. More precious than diamonds & gold. More beautiful than any pearl you've ever seen. Divine Journey

I just came out of a deep meditation. A journey within my soul that takes me to different dimensions of BEING. Experiencing an amazing sense of peace right now, I touched upon that part of me that LOVES without holding back. As I traveled deeper within, I came across the space of HEALING & WHOLENESS. Where the radiant healing energy of compassion wraps it's arms around the dark spots on my soul. Clearing any residues of pain, anger, fear, envy, and worry. Washing away lack and limitation by inviting abundance and pure joy inside. I felt ONENESS with every sentient being in this time & space, also those beings that are watching over us. My prayer is for guidance. For direction and clarity. For purpose and high INTENTION of righteous living. For raising the vibrational energy of every soul, experiencing life from their own unique and sacred expression. For YOU, the reader that has it's consciousness wrapped around these loving words, being uplifted from an ordinary phenomenon into an extra-ordinary luminous state of consciousness. Red, Hot Air Balloon

It's so easy to get caught up in the lower energies of regret and blame for a current situation you may be growing through. Specially when it's towards another human being who at one point you LOVED but that love turned into a loss or immense PAIN, therefore, there is still strong emotional ties with them at some subconscious level. It still happens to me personally and I see how it comes. Usually, my EGO gets caught up in comparison with someone else's life experience. If I'm not aware of that, I end up in the turmoils of automatic "Why Me" question. "Why did this happen to me?" or "Why did she do this to me"? Both of these can trigger more dis-empowering thoughts that so easily take you down before you know it. The second you catch yourself on these mental trips, take a deep breath, recognize your divinity and the higher self of the other person. At this level, send that person a prayer of 'Forgiveness' and 'Love' for having been in your life to teach you a lesson. Then, imagine them as a 'Red Color Hot Air Balloon' elevating away from your energetic field into the universe, getting smaller and smaller. Eventually, disappearing in the unknown from which they came from. Now, Breath out visualizing a beautiful Green energy leaving your breath and cleansing all of your thoughts, emotions, with your spirit. Life supports you no matter at what stage of spiritual growth you are. God Bless you..

Morning Insight

Just before going hiking, I have my room's window open, it's very chilly. Had a hot cup of coffee and waiting for light to come out. I love this sacred moment of my day where I get to contemplate, meditate, and write about my insights here. It has become a great habit for a very long time. If you are reading this right now, you are picking up on my vibe which is full of love and kindness. I set myself up the first thing when I wake up, listen to affirmations over and over again, condition my thoughts to brew in a positive environment before I jump in the world. I dwell in gratitude and internalize my own healing capacities. Once I'm overflowing with peace, joy, compassion, enthusiasm, love, and abundance, I share it away knowing that in this unified field of consciousness we are ALL connected together. As I lift myself up in spirit, I'm taking you with me my friend. THERE IS NO RUNNING AWAY, YOU ARE MEANT TO BE GREAT!!!

THIS TOO SHALL PASS

If you are reading this right at this very moment, I know you are growing through many challenges in different life structures. You may be having a heart ache through a loss of a loved one, financial issues that add on so much worry, health dis-ease and dis-harmony that is weighing so much on your shoulder, stressing you out. You may be carrying guilt, shame, or pain from the past circumstances that you haven't resolved. Your parents maybe getting old and fragile, or you may be having marital tension, relationship turmoils that seem to be getting worse each day. Look , "THIS TOO SHALL PASS". Remember these sacred 4 words. Focus your attention on one single priority in life which is your connection to your Highest Self, your Soul. Channel your energy back to the positive attributes in yourself, starting with these two things: Your ability the take this VERY NEXT BREATH, and YOUR ABILITY TO CHOOSE THE NEXT THOUGHT in your mind. Infuse these two attributes with intense LOVE, moment by moment. As you face each unique challenge, remind yourself: THIS TOO SHALL PASS, with a sense of GRATITUDE for your ability to take this next BREATH, and CHOOSING TO RECEIVE THIS HEALING BLESSING of loving thought directly from me NOW!!...... You can count on them because their energy can lift you out of the gravity of negativity, those alone moments where your mind has tied your hands in barb wires and wrapped a chain of disappointment around your neck. Hope & Faith dissolve the bigotry of the world that is so desperately trying to hang on it's false identity. Invite them in your heart. Bathe them with unconditional love and ask your SOUL to protect you with these spiritual angels during the adversities along your path. Today, I cultivate Hope in my heart and act upon my Faith with the universal LOVE intelligence to guide me on my divine purpose!

Grief

Loss of a loved one is a very difficult and emotionally painful challenge to go through. You may get symptoms of depression and feel absolutely hopeless, helpless, and low energy. Remember also that these feelings comes with normal Grief process. If depression symptoms persist for up to one year, it's considered a 'normal grief' process.....I'm just saying this to ease the pain of so many who are going through GRIEF. My heart is with you.
