The Observer

One of the keys to inner peace and happiness is to perceive more and judge less. Allow yourself to be an observer of your passing thoughts rather than getting caught into life's drama. This is an art that can be achieved through the practice of meditation. As you become more aware of your breath, you release attachments to the outside circumstance and become more in tune with your authentic self.  You can BE it, DO it, and HAVE it All......
