Meditation is the doorway to self mastery and
transformation. There are three main categories that it falls into:
Contemplative, Existential, and Spiritual. Each pathway leads you into
paying un-distractible attention to what is Real. If you
can breath, think, and are interested in changing your life for the
better, YOU CAN MEDITATE. When you understand the Why, the How will
follow. I'll be glad to assist you in both the Why & the How of it..
