Process of creation

Your thoughts become an agreement in your mind. These agreements become conversations you consciously or subconsciously have. Your conversation becomes an identity, "your story" of what happened. Repeating "Your story" becomes what you experience over and over again. I simplified this in short sentences so you can work backwards and change your life. Healing comes when you no longer fall victim to your story, stop the conversation you have about unworthy agreements or dis- empowering thoughts, and start believing in yourself by having faith in new, empowering, and positive thoughts about who you are. New thoughts emerge from stillness in meditation.
