Radiating pure LIGHT

Good morning life; I just came out of deep meditation and still in a very deep peaceful zone. Listening to my own meditation music which I love. It takes me to a whole different level of inner awareness and bliss. I am focused on healing energy of Reiki and spiritual ONENESS. I'll try to capture it for you in writing: As I sit and get connected to the source, I go beyond any mind's EGO and tap into infinite space of ONENESS. I feel, see, and touch Reality beyond awareness. Falling behind and beyond the I AM consciousness. There is so much LOVE & PEACE in this space. Here, I INTENTIONALLY activate all the healing energy of the PRESENCE within the universe gushing through every cell of my being, physical, emotional, mental, and at the highest spiritual level which is LIGHT. As I activate each of my CHAKRAS, releasing them into harmonizing power of this healing energy one by one. Literally seeing their color getting tuned. At this stage, I sent an INTENTION to bring my family, friends, and everyone here into consciousness, into this healing space. Working from my close circle, I radiate this energy out through all the social media channels, my website, city I live in, state, country, continent, and our MOTHER EARTH. Spreading this light to every sentient beings, animals, plants, minerals finally into the space, going beyond our planet into our galaxy, ending up into INFINITY. Going Beyond INFINITY.....Blessing the entire process with gratitude and thanksgiving in humility that I get to do this with pure LOVE......Feel that? Namaste.

Last Breath

What if today was the last day of your incarnation in this life time? How would you like to BE in these very precious moments? How much of the nonsense that we worry about would loose it's negative energy and become transformed suddenly into appreciation of what JUST IS? Transforming into LOVE! Take a moment and reflect on what I'm writing here, take a deep breath and recognize that each second of your existence is a gift to reflect and reveal your divinity through your highest soul qualities. Let go of pain and suffering of the past you have loaded on your shoulders. Feel the tension in your upper back and neck! These are the past coagulated negative thought energies stored up in your muscles. Forgive yourself for Being who you were, knowing what you knew, and what you are all about now because through releasing the old thought patterns you'll be able to activate healing. Open yourself up to new possibilities. Take another deep breath, in this very moment I'm setting you up for a fresh new beginning knowing that you have a mandate for greatness and that mandate is coming forth at this very second because you are in a field of pure potentiality and HIGH INTENTIONALITY....Relax....Let Go.....Trust.....Allow.....& Enjoy

Inner Temple

The most beautiful space is detachment from the ordinary self and rising above your awareness, becoming the observer of your BEING. I just meditated now and experienced spaciousness within the temple of my heart. When you enter your temple and clean it with LIGHT, you discover that all along you've had treasures beyond the materialistic world. You'll find the most unique and precious gifts that are authentically yours. More precious than diamonds & gold. More beautiful than any pearl you've ever seen. Your Soul's qualities are not hidden but waiting for you to activate, cultivate, express, and manifest them in your daily living NOW. Take a deep breath my friend; as you've read this far, you've walked into my temple of joy, bliss, compassion, peace, and love. Your energy field has been shifted to allow you to re-discover and walk through the open doors of your own temple. It's your time! and it's happening NOW. Divine Journey

I just came out of a deep meditation. A journey within my soul that takes me to different dimensions of BEING. Experiencing an amazing sense of peace right now, I touched upon that part of me that LOVES without holding back. As I traveled deeper within, I came across the space of HEALING & WHOLENESS. Where the radiant healing energy of compassion wraps it's arms around the dark spots on my soul. Clearing any residues of pain, anger, fear, envy, and worry. Washing away lack and limitation by inviting abundance and pure joy inside. I felt ONENESS with every sentient being in this time & space, also those beings that are watching over us. My prayer is for guidance. For direction and clarity. For purpose and high INTENTION of righteous living. For raising the vibrational energy of every soul, experiencing life from their own unique and sacred expression. For YOU, the reader that has it's consciousness wrapped around these loving words, being uplifted from an ordinary phenomenon into an extra-ordinary luminous state of consciousness. Red, Hot Air Balloon

It's so easy to get caught up in the lower energies of regret and blame for a current situation you may be growing through. Specially when it's towards another human being who at one point you LOVED but that love turned into a loss or immense PAIN, therefore, there is still strong emotional ties with them at some subconscious level. It still happens to me personally and I see how it comes. Usually, my EGO gets caught up in comparison with someone else's life experience. If I'm not aware of that, I end up in the turmoils of automatic "Why Me" question. "Why did this happen to me?" or "Why did she do this to me"? Both of these can trigger more dis-empowering thoughts that so easily take you down before you know it. The second you catch yourself on these mental trips, take a deep breath, recognize your divinity and the higher self of the other person. At this level, send that person a prayer of 'Forgiveness' and 'Love' for having been in your life to teach you a lesson. Then, imagine them as a 'Red Color Hot Air Balloon' elevating away from your energetic field into the universe, getting smaller and smaller. Eventually, disappearing in the unknown from which they came from. Now, Breath out visualizing a beautiful Green energy leaving your breath and cleansing all of your thoughts, emotions, with your spirit. Life supports you no matter at what stage of spiritual growth you are. God Bless you..

Morning Insight

Just before going hiking, I have my room's window open, it's very chilly. Had a hot cup of coffee and waiting for light to come out. I love this sacred moment of my day where I get to contemplate, meditate, and write about my insights here. It has become a great habit for a very long time. If you are reading this right now, you are picking up on my vibe which is full of love and kindness. I set myself up the first thing when I wake up, listen to affirmations over and over again, condition my thoughts to brew in a positive environment before I jump in the world. I dwell in gratitude and internalize my own healing capacities. Once I'm overflowing with peace, joy, compassion, enthusiasm, love, and abundance, I share it away knowing that in this unified field of consciousness we are ALL connected together. As I lift myself up in spirit, I'm taking you with me my friend. THERE IS NO RUNNING AWAY, YOU ARE MEANT TO BE GREAT!!!
