New Year Invitation

Healing is Happening

Since yesterday that I mentioned INTENDING to deepen my meditation and inner work for the year to come, I've been experiencing incredible energy shifts within me. More intense than I've ever felt. I've opened myself up to my past experiences, specially relationship heartbreaks, old identities, and social roles. Through their recognition and deep forgiveness work so far, I've had unbelievable amount of energy release at the deepest level in my emotion, and at soul level. I've looked into my guided meditation files and discovered couple of meditations that I used many years ago to assist me in this process. They are well serving me now and I'm so grateful to these guides, masters. There is a lot of pain that's unraveling, yet I'm very determined and got the courage to JUST LET IT BE. The soul qualities are finding their root in the essence of my BEING. I love this JOURNEY. Namaste. -Dr. Rod

Intention in MOTION

For the next few days until new years, I'm intending to deepen my meditation practices, visioning, and prayer work. I am welcoming the new year as I know how wonderful 2014 ALREADY IS. What I'll do in my posts is to focus on spiritual qualities, cultivating and activating them in order to express and manifest each in physical reality. Each time I write here, I am allowing space for those who are consciously connected and those who don't know that they are not. It makes no difference, as I'm holding the collective consciousness in this flow of energy. The Feeling tone of LOVE is my priority which will stem into ABUNDANCE, JOY, HEALING, CREATIVITY, PROSPERITY, HEALTH, INSPIRATION, ENTHUSIASM, FORGIVENESS, GRATITUDE, COMPASSION, KINDNESS, and PEACE. I'm committed to practice each quality every single day in my actions and allow them to unfold into my life, therefore making YOU the recipient of these words in ACTION. Hug a TREE

Have you ever hugged a tree? If you have not, I really recommend that you do and keep this following visualization in mind. At the end of my hike, there is this beautiful old tree. Each time I pass by it, I have a rock that I've picked up on my way up the trail and meditated on for a long period in my hand. I hug my tree and visualize it getting aligned with my spinal cord becoming part of my nervous system. As I breath , I feel the tree's breath. I visualize becoming one with it's roots, going all the way down to the core of MOTHER EARTH, thus connecting me to the root of this physical dimension. Then , I look above me, through all the branches and leaves, I see the rays of sun light showering each leaf. I connect to the top branch reaching out towards the light, signifying my yearning for SPIRITUAL growth with ONENESS to the universe. I become one with the TREE, all the way with it's root, it's strength, it's fibers, it's beauty, it's stillness, it's calmness, it's peace, and it's BEING. It's such a POWERFUL experience. I say a prayer of abundance, joy, and peace. Then I give my tree a big fat kiss and say goodbye until next time. TRY THIS PLEASE. SAVE OUR FORESTS and TREES. Much LOVE--Dr.Rod.
