I was with a client of mine in the mountains because that's where I do my healing and coaching work. As we were hiking at a rapid speed, a lot of energy was being exchanged and shared. He was random at his old stories, bringing up a lot of painful events. There is a magical atmosphere about the mountain, it's extremely healing, it's powerful. As we reached the peak, was time for meditation. I focused on "unconditional surrender". I also suggested to my friend to meditate on "surrendering, forgiveness, and let go". After half an hour, I opened my eyes earlier, walked next to him. I had felt a shift in his energy field. It was so amazing to witness the transformation of dense energy into pure light. His face was glowing, his heart was so much lighter. There was intense light shining so bright in his AURA. I experienced ONENESS at such deep level because of my own transformation in that very moment. I really don't know how to describe this experience where you become a vessel and tap into GOD. Then, you become one with everything and everyone, surrendering it ALL into the space of infinity. You Let Go, Allow, Trust, LOVE, expand into this blessing prayer. Healing takes over. When you hold a beautiful rock in your hand, you feel its tough texture and solidity. Your senses tell you that it has a weight and special roughness to it. In reality though, that rock is a condensation of trillions of molecules and atoms that are attracted together, yet if you go deeper within each molecule, you see that it's formed of empty space, formed of NO THING. This is the same as everything else, our lives, our human problems that are condensation of thought forms. You hold old, stagnant memories from the past and repeat them over and over in your mind. This re-creates the same pattern and results. Our challenges are nothing more than thought forms that we carry along the day, obscuring the space of infinite possibility in the PRESENT MOMENT. Think of the heaviness of your problems the same as the rock. When you go deep within, you discover that you can unravel it's origin back to NO THING where it came from. You can then forgive and release that energy to create space for the NEW OUTCOME shot from the mind of God from infinite possibilities to reveal itself. Life then becomes an adventure of knowing Who you are and why you exist!!! Try it!

Honor the integrity of your spirit. Listen to your heart and follow your passion regardless of the opinions of others about you, your life, what you do, and how you do what you do. It's easy to fall into the drag of negative people around you. Pay attention to your feelings. Do NOT stay in low integrity conversations or waste your time with people who do not INSPIRE you. I rather stay alone, be in nature, read a book, or meditate by myself instead of wasting my energy in places and with people that I know will contaminate me. I keep on having more and more lucid dreams where I am completely awake in them and remember every single detail as I wake up. Sometimes, I am not sure whether this waking moment is just another dream? It's quite interesting. The veil between the world of the spirit and the tangible is diminishing as I'm growing spiritually. As I surrender more to the vastness and infinity of the universe, I become more humble to be just an observer of this whole thing. I know "I AM" the "I AM. I also know that I AM not in control. Giving away all attachment and resentments, all of which that doesn't serve me, free's me from the fear, doubt, and worries of mundane human existence. It's a nice ride when you TRUST, when you know WHO YOU ARE & WHY YOU ARE!!. It becomes a sweet love making of the soul with your heart! Then you realize, nothing really matters anymore!

I have an amazing feeling of enthusiasm gushing through my veins right now. It's pretty early in the morning. I feel it all over my energy field. As I'm writing, my intention is to transfer this energy to you who is reading my thoughts and emotions. To uplift everyone's spirit that comes in contact with this. I'm inspired to completely surrender to the divine order of universe and allow the perfection of God to take over my life. In complete faith, I know that I'll be supported and guided.
